aiyaaaa .... a good friend of mine is getting married in a week time... too bad I'm trapped here in this foreign land that I won't be able to be there. but, nonetheless, here's a video I made these last couple days. I hope she'll enjoy this video. after not eating well this past two week, today I visited a Mediterranean restaurant with my two Indonesian friends... hm, of course, there was a discount offer, 7.90 GBP for three courses lunch. so I went there, ordered chicken skewers for starter, fillet sea bream with smoked salmon served with mash potatoes and saffron sauce, and stuffed apricot for dessert. not forgetting my temptation, I ordered a cup of Turkish coffee - came in a tiny cup. haha. and then, we went to China town to buy some Indonesian and Asian spices. passing a steamed-bun (aliyas bakpao) stall, I couldn't help to buy one -- a red bean one, which unfortunately I didn't take a picture of. a friend's calamari and me with my starter a strawberry cheesecake (my friend's), turkish coffee, and stuffed apricot do you think that was all? getting home, I suddenly remembered that I need to buy my sanitary napkin. tet tot, passing a lemon cheesecake in the minimarket, I took it and thoug...

this week was so exhausting for me. I had two essays for my 1st term assignment. been reading since forever, but something held me up when it came to write. so, this was like the worst experience of doing essays. I didn't start writing until like 4 days before the deadline - except some outlines already. I must have been crazy. I need a writing tutorial NOW!! it was like a brain drain. and come to think of it, dissertation is a maximum 10.000 - I don't even know what I am going to write in that, and it is coming up on September. oh completely forgot, I need to propose some topic by the middle of this month. *WHAT??* but finally, tonite I felt so relieved.
