okay, i'm so happy and that's why I'm writing this post. haha. finally, I finished all my essays, although once again, I think it was not my best effort, so many things happened during the past few weeks, which made me think time's really something you should really value. and so is friendship! you definitely should value it, or the moment's just going to pass you by, and you realize you don't keep your friends best at heart.  yep. so after my miserable weeks for doing essays and turning my biological time upside down once again, I finally went out to breathe some fresh air, and a yummy gelato and japanese rice noodle . haha.  but tonite, I wanna write a movie review!! I've just finished watching it half an hour ago, and I LOVE IT! I really DO! aiyaaaa .... a good friend of mine is getting married in a week time... too bad I'm trapped here in this foreign land that I won't be able to be there. but, nonetheless, here's a video I made these last couple days. after not eating well this past two week, today I visited a Mediterranean restaurant with my two Indonesian friends... hm, of course, there was a discount offer, 7.90 GBP for three courses lunch. so I went there, ordered chicken skewers for starter, fillet sea bream with smoked salmon served with mash potatoes and saffron sauce, and stuffed apricot for dessert. not forgetting my temptation, I ordered a cup of Turkish coffee - came in a tiny cup. haha. and then, we went to China town to buy some Indonesian and Asian spices. passing a steamed-bun (aliyas bakpao) stall, I couldn't help to buy one -- a red bean one, which unfortunately I didn't take a picture of. a friend's calamari and me with my starter a strawberry cheesecake (my friend's), turkish coffee, and stuffed apricot do you think that was all? getting home, I suddenly remembered that I need to buy my sanitary napkin. tet tot, passing a lemon cheesecake in the minimarket, I took it and thoug...

hello!! :D writing this post as a procrastination thingy -- haha, escaping from my essays :( beberapa hari yang lalu, meskipun agak merasa bersalah, saya memutuskan berlibur ke Edinburgh dan sekitarnya, dengan dua teman Indonesia sy di sini. mengapa Edinburgh?  awalnya, teman mengajak ke Morocco, mungkin ke Fez, tapi berubung mahal, gak jadi. lalu saya usul ke Irlandia (Dublin) * my old obsession  -- visa gratis bo!*,  but it was too much of paper work, and too little time to prepare . ganti ke Belfast, Irlandia Utara -- no need for visa, tapi kalo dipikir ke Belfast doang tanpa ke Irlandia kok nanggung ya? jadilah kami ke Edinburgh,  and there was no regret! the city was amazing!!! surup sedang tidur di fave spot-nya perkenalkan, dialah surup a.k.a ubul pertama kali saya bertemu dengan dia, adalah suatu senja kira2 setahun yang lalu. ketika saya dan pacar saya janjian dg sahabat sy, untuk mengambil seekor kucing peranakan kucing sahabat saya itu yang persia dg kucing kampung. deg-degan saya deg2an karena untuk pertama kalinya dlm  sejarah hidup saya bisa punya kucing, well tidak benar2 memilikinya krn kucing ini akan jadi kucing cowok saya yang memang sengaja request anak kucing tsb ke sahabat saya. tapi seenggaknya, saya bisa merasakan punya kucing, tanda kutip. sahabat saya sempat bilang, " sori yo, kucinge elik, hehe. soale akeh kampunge. tapi mengko suwe2 nek wis dadi piaraan dewe, mesti sayang wis. aku mbiyen kan ngono." ah, saya ga ambil pusing. meski memang, sedikit meleset dri dugaan ketika pertama kali melihat si kucing dalam keranjang. warnanya hitem kecokelatan, dri jauh nampaknya abu2. dan   dy ngeong2 ...

metamorfosa itu memang benar adalah bagian dalam kehidupan... seperti saya misalnya, dulu, saya lincah, pintar berceloteh, dan menawan ;p skrg, saya tak lagi lincah, krg pandai berceloteh, tapi tetap menawan .. =) tapi di posting kali ini, saya tidak akan berbicara soal metamorfosa saya. saya ingin share ttg metamorfosa sebuah hubungan. antara laki-laki dan perempuan, apakah mungkin bisa terjalin sebuah persahabatan tanpa diwarnai rasa apa2? hmm, saya termasuk yg tak percaya dg itu, saya hanya percaya laki dan perempuan bisa berteman (agak) dekat, tanpa perasaan apa2. tapi lebih dari itu - kalau sampe mereka sudah menganggap diri sahabat, berbagi segala hal ke satu sama lain - hmm, tunggu dulu. saya yakini, pasti ada salah seorang yang menyimpan rasa. dan persahabatan itu mgkin hanya bisa bertahan kalau si pihak yg menyimpan rasa itu menjaga rapat2 perasaannya. well, that was my thought before. i respected those who believe in such a different way from my perspective. but...

tiba2 pengen liburan ke mana gitu, daerah deket pantai atau kota dg arsitektur tua. hihihi. dan rindu dolan bersama: temen sedari SMP smpe skrg yg kalo main gak pernah pke sarapan, dan makan siang juga telat hehe temen GJ paling GJ temen becak becakan... hehe
